Free trial

Plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you’re never charged.

14-day refunds

If Every Sent isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. This covers the first payment of a monthly or yearly plan and lifetime purchases.

Email hello@everysent.com or message us from the app. Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show.

A refunded lifetime plan ends.

After 14 days

Later payments, including renewals, aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it or we charged you by mistake. If you’re charged twice, we refund the duplicate without you asking.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. See our Terms for the rest.
