Every automated DM that Instagram or Messenger accepts counts. That’s the first DM to a comment and each automated message after it. Public comment replies, reactions and messages your team types don’t count.

We alert you at 80% and at 100%. Sending doesn’t stop. We get in touch about a plan that fits.

Yes. Cancel in the billing portal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can resume before then.

No. Plans differ by workspaces, teammates and DMs a month. There are no contact fees, seat fees or overages.

You pay once and keep the plan for as long as we offer Every Sent for Instagram and Messenger. Lifetime plans have the same limits as monthly plans, and DMs reset monthly from the purchase date. Future channels and paid AI features aren’t included. Moving to a bigger lifetime plan costs the difference. It’s on sale until Nov 30; the full terms are in our Terms.
